This is a horrible business. First, they are very poor at returning phone calls. Then, if you are lucky enough to actually reach someone, they refuse to answer simple questions, will accuse of being rude for repeating the questions and insisting on an answer, and they will hang up on you! Talk about rude and unprofessional!
